Repeat customer for good reason. The website is easy to use and clear about stock levels. Communication from the company is clear and helpful and shipping has been quick and efficient. Everything is well packaged and arrives in good condition.

FD&Co provides a huge variety of products and an amazing one stop shop for all things outdooor, particularly food. The site layout is amazing and the and the information is displayed is super helpful (although some of the filters when choosing products were not working). However the stocks were not up to date and they did not have a series of products that I ordered, which not only changed the order but also delayed the delivery which was not in the indicated timeframe. This said they were super helpful and quick to respond in the support channels, and after that shipped the revised order quickly.

Order Took 7 Days to Dispatch

It took 7 days for my order of dried trekkinh meals to be dispatched. The order due date was today. I leave on my trip tomorrow and my order (which i spent 100 euro on) has not yet arrived. So not only did I waste 100 euro on an order I cannot use, now I have no trekking meals for my trip. I emailed with my concerns and received no reply.
