I placed my order 14 weeks ago for a blue La Marzocca Linea based on delivery date of ±5 weeks. One week after placing the order @MOHD delayed delivery to ±14 weeks.
Today, it's ±14 weeks since I placed the order and the delivery date has changed again to unknown "we are now awaiting for a new delivery date"
Two of my 4 requests to the customer team remain un-answered. And yet the MOHD website you still misleadingly advertises exactly the same item with 4/5 weeks delivery.

I had a good experience shopping from the USA. Most items arrived safely. Some items had some issues and the store did everything they could to get me replacements prior to Christmas. Great customer service. I highly recommend shopping with MOHD. Great store.

Found my chosen bin (which was o/s in most of the UK) at MOHD in Italy in their Black Friday sale at a lower total cost than in the UK. Struggled a bit with the payment systems but eventually managed it and was interested to be able to follow my bin's journey to the UK online. Arrived in good condition and fits beautifully in the space allocated.( Previous Brabantia bin over 10 year's old now storing coffee capsules awaiting recycling.)
