Great service from MOHD, despite Black Friday the package was sent the day after. Had some issues with DHL Express and MOHD was very supportive. Super happy with our Carl Hansen & Søn chair.

I had several furniture and accessory orders from MOHD this year. Some needed special support such as colour charts and advice about material options. I consistently received excellent and timely answers to questions and requests for information. All products received were of very high quality and fully met our expectations. Also the delivery to my home has consistently been excellent. The last delivery which had to arrive at my address in Rome within a very short time, came right on time, exactly as was promised. The communication with the delivery service is always clear professional and reliable. I highly recommend MOHD for its excellent products, great advice and flawless service! I orderd 4 coffee cups. That’s how it was described: KU Kaffeetasse - Set 4 Stück SKU: 792958. 1 35,61 CHF I expected to get 4 cups, but I received only one. I tried to get in contact with them, but no reaction! What can I do? What can you do?
