I have been shopping at Mohd online for six months now. The products are fantastic with many brands and items in stock which I would have otherwise needed to wait many weeks for if I ordered them locally. Delivery to Melbourne Australia is reasonable, approx. 1 week from Italy via DHL each time. I recently needed to exchange a faulty item and the customer service team were super accommodating and responsive, resolving the issue in a timely manner. Thanks MOHD!!

I placed my order 14 weeks ago for a blue La Marzocca Linea based on delivery date of ±5 weeks. One week after placing the order @MOHD delayed delivery to ±14 weeks.
Today, it's ±14 weeks since I placed the order and the delivery date has changed again to unknown "we are now awaiting for a new delivery date"
Two of my 4 requests to the customer team remain un-answered. And yet the MOHD website you still misleadingly advertises exactly the same item with 4/5 weeks delivery.

The item we ordered got lost by DHL. I received an official mail from DHL saying that the sender has to take care for the reimbursement through DHL. I contacted MOHD several times, but no reply at all. The quality of the products might be good (unable to rate this as I never received it) but customer service is a shame. I can only conlude that MOHD got the reimbursement from DHL but we never got the item we ordered

I put my order in January and didn't ship until today- the protection also does not work as they have told me my protection ended before I get the goods. I'm trying just to get my money back and couldn't so far.

On November 8th I ordered two Kristina Dam curved side tables from Mohd Shop. The expected delivery was December 13th, so I took that day off. DHL attempted to deliver it earlier, but I was not home. When the delivery finally arrived on December 13th at 7:18 EST, only 1 table was delivered. In mid June I made three orders on items that were "In Stock for immediate delivery" but 2 weeks later had not received any confirmation. 5 weeks later after many emails to customer service i am told one of my orders has been sent, one is delayed until September and one until mid-2022. The sent item hasn't arrived and I am told "it is with our couriers and they can't be contacted". AVOID!!!
