Great products and awesome customer service
I bought a desk at their shop - the order process went very smoothly and communication concerning delivery time and shipment was flawless. I had to request many postponements of the shipment due to a problem in my apartment and the customer service (namely, Marilena, whom I will always be grateful to) was extremely flexible, supportive and kind in accommodating my needs. Sinceramente non credo si possa fare di meglio: dalla cortesia all’attenzione per le esigenze del cliente ( anche il più piccolo) fino alla risoluzione in Toto degli eventuali problemi. Non sono un amante dei superlativi ma qui ci starebbero tutti. Un grazie particolare a Marilena che ha interloquito con il sottoscritto preoccupandosi in prima persona delle mie richieste.
