I placed my order 14 weeks ago for a blue La Marzocca Linea based on delivery date of ±5 weeks. One week after placing the order @MOHD delayed delivery to ±14 weeks.
Today, it's ±14 weeks since I placed the order and the delivery date has changed again to unknown "we are now awaiting for a new delivery date"
Two of my 4 requests to the customer team remain un-answered. And yet the MOHD website you still misleadingly advertises exactly the same item with 4/5 weeks delivery.

Just a quick note to thank you so much for the lovely Durame Breathe cabinet that you organised to be manufactured and delivered to our home in London.
It is absolutely perfect and fits our home beautifully. It arrived in amazing condition as well. We are so very happy with it.

We purchased few months ago a lamp shade from Paola Navone and we experienced few problems regarding the color of the product.
The after sale service was really reactive and efficient and did is best to solve the problem.
If you experience any problem you will always have someone to support you, this notion is lacking nowadays so thank you Modh for that!

The team were excellent.I ordered many pieces for delivery to Melbourne and no request was too much trouble.The team sent me fabric samples,dimensions and answered many questions quickly and efficiently.When the items arrived they were perfect and the delivery process was seamless.The couple of items that were damaged were replaced immediately without issue.I will definitely use them again
