Ordered beautiful lamps and they arrived to US, well packaged, in perfect condition. Customer service was great--even allowed me a sale price that occurred shortly after my initial order.

The items are shown as being in stock but when you order they announce a 4 month delay

Item described as in stock and then once purchased, is required to be ordered, with no ETA. Called the hotline and was told to expect an email that never arrived. #issue now resolved

If you think Mohd is just a seller of genuine stuff please do not miss their after sales service. Their perfect after sales service has impressed me since I took a small stuff in 2011. When my Flos floor lamp went out by its power supply from Mohd Italy, I asked help to Mohd for a new power supply. The answer was very quick within a few days and a new power supply was introdued without delay. More than ten years, I have always been satisfied with their real stuff and after sales service. I strongly recommed Mohd when you need any genuine design stuff and after sales service.

Good supply of products, availability and great prices also. Communication has always been excellent with very quick responding and fixing any issues (which are few and far between)

I like the range of products that are available and any time there has been an issue they have responded and resolved it very quickly.
