Customer service has been fantastic at Mohd. I had an issue with a chair that had a structural defect and Silvia was amazing getting in touch with the supplier and finding a solution all within a day. I can highly recommend! dealt with it in a very efficient manner and I already had the problem sorted the very next day.

Ho trovato gli addetti al servizio vendita e post vendita davvero disponibili a seguirmi e rapidi nelle risposte. Spedizione rapida ed imballaggio impeccabile. Nonostante abbia avuto un inconveniente con un articolo il servizio post vendita si è subito adoperato offrendomi più possibilità per risolvere il problema nel migliore dei modi.

Marilena soprattutto è stata essenziale nell'aiutarci per una sostituzione dovuta ad un difetto del fornitore. MOHD is really a great company. They are not only have very beautiful furniture they also have wonderful staff who will help you all the way from buying to how to return it.I am living in Hong Kong and just bought my first apartment. I bought a beautiful sofa from MOHD but when it had arrived I found out that the elevator of the building that I am living is too small for the sofa. And I am living on the 41st floor. No way for two movers to move up the building. Moreover the stair cases of my building is too small for the sofa. I was really depressed. Luckily the moving company and MOHD both agreed to let me returned the sofa. On the way of all these troubles the staff that I have never met who called Najeeb helped me all the way and comfort me. I received the refund of the sofa today. I am deeply appreciate and I have confident to purchase expensive things from Italy.Thank you again Najeeb you are my angel! Oi Chun

I bought a desk at their shop - the order process went very smoothly and communication concerning delivery time and shipment was flawless. I had to request many postponements of the shipment due to a problem in my apartment and the customer service (namely, Marilena, whom I will always be grateful to) was extremely flexible, supportive and kind in accommodating my needs.
