Ho dovuto chiedere assistenza a causa di un problema con la spedizione e sono stato molto soddisfatto dal servizio clienti! Sono intervenuti subito proponendomi una soluzione oltre che a venirmi incontro per velocizzare la sistemazione. Consiglio vivamente questo online-shop!

Ho acquistato 2 oggetti e se per il primo tutto è andato perfettamente , col secondo abbiamo avuto di ersi disguidi, ma proprio in quest’occasione ho avuto modo di apprezzare un ottimo servizio di customer care: precisi, puntuali nelle risposte e risolutivi.

I have made several purchases from Mohd and have always been satisfied. During the last one, however, I had a problem with the assembly of a lamp; thanks to the support of the excellent customer service (and especially thanks to Tania), I sent it back and in the end my lamp was repaired and working. Tania supported me every step of the way, I can only recommend her wholeheartedly.
