We searched for kids playgrounds and Wickey ended up highest of the result.
Looking on earlier reviews of Wickey that showed they had 5 star rating and high amount of positive comments we felt secure and that they are trustable.
When we opened the webpage it was very easy to see the different sections and what they contained. As we browsed the playgrounds we found not only the dimensions was there so we could measure in the garden, but also a 3D generated view of the different playgrounds how it would look like in the garden. This made it supereasy to determine which ones we could fit. The hardest part was to decide which one as there was many different ones we liked. In the end we selected one with some extras to it so the kids can grow with it and we can swap the accessories from very young to a bit older so it will stay exiting and fun for a long time.
I expected a quality German product and instead I received a poor quality and ill-conceived product.
The product is not worth its price.
First, I complained for two times about the delivered goods and the missing parts.
And even then, during the installation, I encountered other illogical technicalities.
- poor wood quality
- unstable swing construction even with original anchors
- not sufficient amount of material for covering the roof and railing
PURE DISAPPOINTMENT :(
The webpage works properly, all the necessary info are available. However, I would be happy to test the object in reality before purchase. Some reference playgrounds at least at each capital would be useful.

After much research I found the perfect play center for my 2 boys....the Ghost Flyer. Its has everything I could ask for and the perfect size for my garden. The free delivery was an extra treat. Look forward to seeing my boys faces when they see it. Thank you Wickey

I expected a quality German product :(

Lots of different models to choose from and the possibility to customize our pick with desired colour scheme. Had some additional questions about weight load, which I could not find on the website. However quickly got this information from your customer service who seemed engaged and eager to help 🙂

The homepage was really friendly to scroll. I spent a lot of hours because I couldn't decide which playground I should pick.
But after many turns we found the perfect match and hoping that our kids will love our playground and have many funny ang giggling years ahead.

Dlhšie sme uvažovali nad darom pre nášho syna k 1.narodeninám. Už dlhšie sme si všímali ponuku detských ihrísk od Wickey, ktorá pôsobila veľmi profesionálne a spoľahlivo. Dnes sme sa rozhodli, že ihrisko objednáme a nevieme sa dočkať kedy dorazí. Keď bude hotové, radi pridáme referenciu a fotku.
