We searched for kids playgrounds and Wickey ended up highest of the result.
Looking on earlier reviews of Wickey that showed they had 5 star rating and high amount of positive comments we felt secure and that they are trustable.
When we opened the webpage it was very easy to see the different sections and what they contained. As we browsed the playgrounds we found not only the dimensions was there so we could measure in the garden, but also a 3D generated view of the different playgrounds how it would look like in the garden. This made it supereasy to determine which ones we could fit. The hardest part was to decide which one as there was many different ones we liked. In the end we selected one with some extras to it so the kids can grow with it and we can swap the accessories from very young to a bit older so it will stay exiting and fun for a long time.
I expected a quality German product and instead I received a poor quality and ill-conceived product.
The product is not worth its price.
First, I complained for two times about the delivered goods and the missing parts.
And even then, during the installation, I encountered other illogical technicalities.
- poor wood quality
- unstable swing construction even with original anchors
- not sufficient amount of material for covering the roof and railing
PURE DISAPPOINTMENT :(
Everything was great except of the measurement (10 cm less than it was shown on the picture) and wood which was too dry to be honest and even with pre-drilling which took long enough it was cracking here and there.

Det var let at bestille. Jeg kunne se at nogle af de ting de er blevet kritiseret for tidligere på trustpilot har de taget til sig, og ting folk har været i tvivl om har de fremhævet. Feks kan man godt betale med andet end paypal og man kan vælge om man ønsker at bruge deres udskæringer i folien eller om man vil lave sit eget.

Decent orderflow overall
I liked the orderflow overall, but some of the suggestions for required bi-products dont actually link to anything, or the recommendations dont really make sense. Also I had to place my order twice because their platform crashed the first time.
This rating is based on that the delivery time holds true :)
