Update: The re-sent parcel arrived. It was dispatched prior to my review but I never received any tracking info until 14/11. [1-star] I never received the parcel. I wrote multiple emails and did not get a reply. I made international calls from UK to your customer service hotline in Germany and no one picked up. As at today, I have not received my order, and have no answer to all my questions.

Dear customer, We are sorry that you were not completely happy with the delivery. We received your order on 03.12. and it was dispatched on 06.12. Unfortunately, we have no influence on the delivery once the parcel has been handed over to DHL. According to shipment tracking, the parcel has already been delivered today.
