Your product is great! But you should think very well about your delivery partner in Latvia. Unfortunately Smartpost Itella is not the best delivery service in Latvia. First I received email from them that they don't have my contact phone number, so they can't call me and announce the delivery time. In return, they offered me to fill out an application on their website, but I didn't have the information I needed to enter there (e.g. weight, dimensions of the received shipment). In the same mail they offered me to call the office, I did it many times, but nobody picked up the phone 😀 As a result I wrote them an email with my contacts, but nobody replied to this email and nobody called me. As a result, on 22.12.2024 at 11:17 I received an email from them that I would receive my order between 12:05-14:05 on the same day and if I was not there, they would call me. I wasn't on site, no one called me, my order was just carefully placed over the fence of my private house and left😀
Please use a different delivery partner next time 😀
Delivery is too late. I purchased my items and it is now 10 days I could not receive the shipment. In addition to being late in delivery, the amount that is charged is also more than market averages. They send with DHL. However shipment rates of DHL is not that high I think. Keeping in mind that the delivery is so late, it should be either free shipment or relatively cheaper.
Item was delivered but nothing fits properly on the rebounder. The springs do not stretch to from mat to metal frame.. I'll throw it out as its a terrible product. Never buy from here again.! Very disappointed as was a present.
