Fast delivery and so happy with my new Cavaquinho! Only minus is that DHL is partners with Post Nord in Denmark and they never deliver properly (which is not a critique of Kalango or DHL, but Post Nord)

Selection is great. The drums are gorgeous and very well manufactured. The communication is very clear and trustworthy. Even though it's an international purchase, it's better than what I can get here in the U.S. or even in Brasil. so I keep going back to Kalango.

This company is a pleasure to deal with, they make buying instruments that are unavailable in the UK easy and communication is excellent . I have bought several instruments and thoroughly recommend Kalango

Perfect transaction

I ordered a couple of cuica heads but was warned that the type that I ordered from the available list may not fit my cuica. Instead of selling the heads to me they told me to wait until they had the ones that they knew would fit my cuica would be in stock. They looked after me instead of trying to make an easy buck. Much appreciated and I look forward to the new stock of Artcelsior heads coming in.
