I love their sneakers and they stand out from the crowd - they have some great color combinations and the company is not afraid to go their own way. Two negative things - I think their sneakers can be a bit heavy to wear on the feet - and then I think it's strange that the company asks to put the original box in a bigger box when the product has to be returned - especially because I myself received the original box in a plastic bag... But having said that, I think they have some of the best sneakers on the market

La scarpa è esteticamente molto bella ma va migliorata sotto l’aspetto qualitativo. La scarpa sinistra era perfetta, quella destra faceva male in corrispondenza dell’alluce, aveva un’asola pungente sulla caviglia e c’erano delle fibre di camoscio rosso sulla tela beige. 3 difetti su una sola scarpa. Potete certamente migliorare sotto l’aspetto assistenza perché una scarpa così va sostituita senza altri indugi. Nessun venditore deve consigliare al compratore di intervenire sulla scarpa armato di spazzolino per tentare di rimuovere le fibre di camoscio. Una grande azienda sostituisce rapidamente senza neanche attendere il rientro al magazzino del prodotto difettoso. Il difetto è solo colpa del venditore, non del consumatore e i tempi per la gestione della sostituzione non possono essere lunghi come da voi prospettati. Peccato, per il design vi assegno un voto pari a 10 ma dovete fare ancora molta strada per parlare di scarpa di qualità.
