I ordered couriers (UPS) not to deliver my item and send back to Satorisan . 2 weeks later still waiting for my refund . I have liased with Satorisan and they've said there's been some miscommunication within the courier firm .
As a customer I feel that Satorisan should have made an exception and reimbursed me immediately but no .

Ive been waiting for almost 2 weeks since scheduled delivery. UPS wont give me an update. i cant rate the shoes because I dont have them
