Hi Cátia, thanks for taking the time to give us feedback here! As all our pieces at Juniqe are custom-printed and framed on-demand, it takes 3-5 days to get them made and ready to ship. This is the timeframe you would have seen mentioned on our website while ordering! My apologies, however, that the wording was obviously unclear for you in this instance.
