I bought TLSO brace from Physiosupplies. The brace was faulty with loose joints. I shared the pictures with the seller, as I realised there was an issue with the item immediately upon receipt. The owner Sean acknowledged the issue and i was refunded fully within a few days without any hassle. I felt Physiosupplies are very professional and are trustworthy seller. I can say that one can shop with them with closed eyes.
Not big enough on body around pelvic area Only take size 10not able to pull it up past my knees very disappointed

Hi,
We received an email at 7.23pm and responded at 7.46pm the same day. We do our best to respond as quickly as possible but we don’t think a 20 min response time after 7pm deserves a 1 star review.
