We ordered 5 x 64 pager booklets, which is not a cheap exercise. Unfortunately, the cutting of the pages was out of alignment and several pages have significant white borders, which compromised the quality of the booklets. It's not the 1st time we've had this problem. Next time we place an order, we will specifically ask Webprinter to use a calibrated machine to cut.

There is very bad communication from your team in terms of giving your customers a clear picture of what the progress of things is. You should issue a confirmation of the order with approximate delivery dates and the approvals process with hard proofs is nonexistent and needs to be initiated by the client. I think it's a great service and that the quality of what I have received so far is great.

I had to contact the supplier to find out that our order was not completed due to a printer problem on their side. They did not contact me to let me know of the delay they had. No communication
