Shipping was slow, still haven’t received the goods. Website states that order placed before noon most likely ship out the same days. I placed my order well before the time and waited two days for the items to ship. When I emailed the company to ask about it, I just received a very generic answer with no information. It’s been 7 days now and I’m still waiting for it to arrive.

I called customer service because the payment page did not load, but this was a mistake. I received the feedback: "This has not happened to us or anyone before so our systems work fine". One piece of advice: it does not matter who's system is not working - you just make sure that your customer can finalize his or her order. The goods were good and delivery was on the slow side but that's normal.
