The bookshelves are simple to install, look neat and display the books nicely. They are expensive, however, the company claims that the shelves hold up to 44 lbs I didn't give it 5 stars because there should be more than 2 screws per shelf to hold the books. The shelves are slightly wobbly and I have concerns that over time, the shelves won't hold up. Perhaps the company can respond to this.

Quite pricey items so you'd expect top notch service. Late shipment and sent from overseas. Got stuck in the border and they couldn't unstuck it. Took forever to arrive with no explanation from them despite several emails. Every email to support took over three days to respond and offered no help. Had to ask three times for how to get a refund and eventually had to find out myself because they wouldnt help. Pretty bad altogether.
