The website mentions that shipping should be relatively fast; while I got a shipping notice really soon, that was really just the printing label. It wasn't actually handed over to shipping for another few days. If you need the product really fast, maybe reconsider. Having said this, it would honestly be the only gripe I have with Guitar Centre; the products I ordered were good and prices are fair, so still 5 stars.

Still waiting for my order more than 2 weeks later. Stuck in shipping somewhere - no help tracking it down.

Dear Sir, We posted your order the same day you placed it and the next day it left our country. According to the tracking, you posted this opinion the day you received your order which happened to be 14 days later. Unfortunately, your order got stuck in transit and no one was able to get information about its status. We are sorry for that but there was nothing more we could have done.

Dear Sir, We posted your order the same day you placed it and the next day it left our country. Unfortunately, your order got stuck in transit and no one was able to get information about its status. According to the tracking, you have received it on December 28th. Please, note that it is Christmas time so the delays can happen more often. We are sorry for that but there was nothing more we could have done.
