Customer service is a joke. —I say this as a longtime customer who hadn’t had any issues with my orders until recently.
I ordered some items about 3 weeks ago that was never delivered, I sent several messages informing the company about this but I’m yet to hear back. Because I needed those items urgently, I reordered the items and more (double the amount I spent on the missing package, as I was hoping to get a response in no time) —My frustration peaked when my items were delivered, but with customers duty and TAX, on the website it clearly states the items are Tax inclusive, and this was the first time I have had to pay addition amount to clear the items.
It’s been over 3 weeks, multiple messages and calls to the customer support phone number that never rings/connects (even during work hours in Europe) and I am yet to get a response from them.

The cost is not good - fix it!
The cost is not good. The Tarrifs attached to a purchase make the purchase of said product not affordable. I think the product itself is very good but the cost is too high. Until you find a distributor in North America it is not cost effective to purchase Compressport products.
The product sizes are not geared for the North American (larger sizes) people.
I can’t look at your shorts and figure out if they will fit based on Thigh measurements alone.
Your products are great for little people or average sized people but not someone who is 6’4” and 250 pounds.
Scale up your sizes if you wish to have a viable brand to sell to meat eating North Americans!
I would purchase more if I didn’t have to pay Tarriffs on top of your sale prices. You need to have store or at least retailers who will carry your product for “us” to try on!

Bad customer service and sizing
Something is wrong with the customer service in Compessport. I have submitted a request for return of previously ordered items. I didn't get any response for 4 days.
Also the product's sizing guideline looks wrong. The ordered items were significantly smaller than described there.

I was charged import taxes on this and my previous orders. While I already placed these orders on the Canada site and there were "tax included" shown in the total I paid while check out. I sent my queries via email and there has been no reply for over 2 weeks.
