Didn’t get what I ordered

I ordered labels for textiles and got labels not suitable for textiles.

Thank you for your message. There seems to have been a misunderstanding. Paper labels have been ordered. For clothing we have sew-on or iron-on labels in cotton or polyester. We will be happy to contact you for clarification.
