I build custom subwoofer cabinets for home theatre and one of my favourite drivers is the Peerless by Tymphany SDF-250F75PR01-06 10" Paper Cone Subwoofer.
I've been unable to source it and contacted Sound Imports to see if they could scrounge one up. They showed it as out-of-stock just like everyone else, but they actually HAD one on the shelf and sent it to me!!
Possibly the last one in existence, but they pulled it out of their hat and I'm a VERY happy man!! Good prices and wicked fast shipping to Massachusetts.

Ordered on 31st and was supposed to arrive on the 2nd or 3rd I think? As soon as I saw that DPD was the courier, I knew this was going to be a nightmare. I don't understand why any company still uses them. The first attempted delivery got sent back, apparently one of the Sound Imports team had put the wrong commodity code on it. The second parcel was subject to £40 handling fee, which is basically a quarter of the price of the kit on top. They then attempted to deliver this parcel in the very early morning, giving me only an hour's notice between 6:15 and 7:15 to try and reschedule. I was asleep, as I work nights, and so the parcel has been taken to a collection centre for me to go and retrieve at my own time and expense.
Aa for the quality of the kit, I couldn't tell you - as it still isn't in my hands, nearly two weeks after ordering, despite it being advertised as 2 day delivery.
If you want a speaker kit that arrives in a reasonable time frame and doesn't end up costing vastly more than what is advertised, I would look elsewhere.

First time buying from Sound Imports and the experience so far isn't a good one.
I ordered Icepower modules which showed as 'in stock'. Then a few days after ordering they email to say they don't have any of the bundled cable harnesses in stock so my order will be delayed by 2 weeks. I then replied back to ask if they can send the modules ahead of the cables so I can continue with my project. No reply after a week and follow up emails.
Plenty of others selling these items so I'm tempted to cancel and go elsewhere at this point.

The package was almost acceptable. Two small boxes were mixed with the protective creased paper and I had to "straighten it up" to find them. The package was not closed very effectively
