Only UPS as a delivery partner is a bit a con. They are incredibly incompetent:
No delivery was possible without a sign. I changed it to a delivery location (Access point) to pick it up there. Then later a mail came, that it wasn't possible to change. But it was not clear whats going on now, because it was the the day it should be delivered. So I called UPS. The told me it still at the border but it will be shipped to the Access point. Now two day later, the package was dropped in front of my house door while no one was at home. WTF.

The product was damaged. The pack was not well protected.
After reporting to the support, they said they would send a new one, however after a week, I asked for the tracking ID and the support said that they incorrectly marked the order as "concept". After that they sent the replacement product and it arrived after 1-2 weeks.
Although the first order was damaged and it took a long time until receiving the replacement order, the communication with the support was good and they immediately proposed a replacement order.

Amplifier is great, but no instructions for kit assembly…
Amplifier is great, prompt despatch, but no instructions with the kits at all, nothing, not even a basic order of assembly. Some wires need soldering and it is not obvious which is left or right channel - the internet abounds with incorrectly wired examples but did eventually find someone who had full details of what lead goes where and why.
I did ask support for help, but it took a week to reply so not really any use and didn’t really address my questions. It seems this isn’t unusual as no instructions are available if you were to buy the case directly from Ghent audio either… which actually would have been at some saving had I realised a kit was just the case, wires and the amp board with no instructions!

Received wrong parts and the movie continue
Ordered 4 pairs of capacitors Claritycap CMR and inductors, but instead of 2 x18mf received 1x18mf and 1x15mf. Then offered me to pay 50% of the wrong 15mf cap. or to return it back. I decided to order 1 more 15 mf to have them as a pair. I've received an invoice, paid it and receive message that they are sorry but there's not 15mf in stock and have to wait up to 8 weeks. This guys don't know what they do. Pity.

Questionable choice in packaging
Everything was as it should be...However, the packaging was not acceptable.
The drivers were just put in a padded envelope, with a thin, plastic protective shell in front of the cones. (This was cut from the manufacturer's tray and held in place by tape.)
While it all luckily held-up, fragile items like this really should be shipped in a (small) box. This is the first time SoundImports has shipped something with questionable packaging. Every previous package was appropriately packaged.
