All good. Fair prices. Left the warehouse quick. Only UPS as a delivery partner is a bit a con. They are incredibly incompetent: No delivery was possible without a sign. I changed it to a delivery location (Access point) to pick it up there. Then later a mail came, that it wasn't possible to change. But it was not clear whats going on now, because it was the the day it should be delivered. So I called UPS. The told me it still at the border but it will be shipped to the Access point. Now two day later, the package was dropped in front of my house door while no one was at home. WTF.

The product was damaged. The pack was not well protected. After reporting to the support, they said they would send a new one, however after a week, I asked for the tracking ID and the support said that they incorrectly marked the order as "concept". After that they sent the replacement product and it arrived after 1-2 weeks. Although the first order was damaged and it took a long time until receiving the replacement order, the communication with the support was good and they immediately proposed a replacement order.

Used SMSL product ! Wrong description and characteristics !

Used product and contrary to what is written in the characteristics on your website, many functions do not exist and/or do not work. Horrible experience. MQA not working with Tidal Tidal does not work with HiBy music Malfunction of titles in 192kHz with Tidal. Malfunction of DSD titles (Files on USB Key) Forced to use BubbleUPnP to use Tidal on this player, impossible otherwise! Bluetooth does not work in “Reception” only in transmission for headphones, headphones, Bluetooth speakers….. Impossible to connect phones, tablets, computers via Bluetooth to stream music via Bluetooth. IMPOSSIBLE. The SD-9 constantly bugs with the impossibility of using it. Forced to disconnect from the electrical mains and restarted.

Received wrong parts and the movie continue

Ordered 4 pairs of capacitors Claritycap CMR and inductors, but instead of 2 x18mf received 1x18mf and 1x15mf. Then offered me to pay 50% of the wrong 15mf cap. or to return it back. I decided to order 1 more 15 mf to have them as a pair. I've received an invoice, paid it and receive message that they are sorry but there's not 15mf in stock and have to wait up to 8 weeks. This guys don't know what they do. Pity.

Bad packaging

The parcel arrived in very poor condition and was open. Very disappointed by the preparation of the parcel which did not have enough adhesive tape. In addition, one of the two modules was open, so this product seems to have already been used. (Bag security strip cut and adhesive to close the bag). I hope the products are functional.
