It would be great if the 48-hour delivery arrived at 48 hours, instead of 168 hours! Maybe Malta could also have a money limit above which shipping is free! Malta is also an EU member!

A cheaper, untracked, delivery option that takes a week or two to deliver would be nice.

Service is really good, but the prices for certain products could be more competitive compared to US prices! The price difference of 30% seems incomprehensible.

Amplifier is great, prompt despatch, but no instructions with the kits at all, nothing, not even a basic order of assembly. Some wires need soldering and it is not obvious which is left or right channel - the internet abounds with incorrectly wired examples but did eventually find someone who had full details of what lead goes where and why. I did ask support for help, but it took a week to reply so not really any use and didn’t really address my questions. It seems this isn’t unusual as no instructions are available if you were to buy the case directly from Ghent audio either… which actually would have been at some saving had I realised a kit was just the case, wires and the amp board with no instructions!

Everything was fine but packing solution. Piece of cardboard that sellers team used to "protect" the mf speaker slipped and was pressing the dome of the driver. Slight damage but stil functional.

Delivery as specified but don’t forget taxes if exporting from EU

I have order and payed on 18/12 and at this date the trackign report that my order isn't in Italy... so where my order? when I will receive my speakers just payed?

Everything was as it should be...However, the packaging was not acceptable. The drivers were just put in a padded envelope, with a thin, plastic protective shell in front of the cones. (This was cut from the manufacturer's tray and held in place by tape.) While it all luckily held-up, fragile items like this really should be shipped in a (small) box. This is the first time SoundImports has shipped something with questionable packaging. Every previous package was appropriately packaged.

The device seem well, tested in Windows 10, seem it's not very high sensitivity but still in test. The microphone comes with a small tripod (around 120mm heigth) with a 3/8" female nut include in the support micro side and a small foam cover for mic sensor. Also the USB cable is include. Device and storage case seem has good quality. Pendant to test in REW / DIRAC.
