So far extremely disappointed. Posted my sample back on 23/01 and still nothing. The way it’s advertised makes you believe it will be a very quick process but a month later and still no results. I know you can’t control the shipping times but I was lead to believe this was an Australia company and worst case it would take a week for you to get my sample, but it appears now that they are actually sent overseas.

Overall Disappointed. Would not trust.

The process of receiving my kit, doing the blood samples and receiving my results was smooth - no concerns. However, the results and the customer service was poor and requires improvement. Unfortunately, the results I received were showing some highly inaccurate results or maybe they sent someone else's results. There were "High" allergies shown to foods and fur that I have never had or on the opposite end, am very aware of the allergies I have and it showed none. I requested a review from customer service - it took 4 emails, 3 chat bots to get a proper response - incredibly poor customer service. While I understood the explanation of their blood sampling, I am not confident in Allergy Test australia's methods or consider them trustworthy. I went and re-did my blood tests with my GP, coming back which results that actually made sense.

Results never arrived

I ordered the food intolerance and allergy testing kit. 6 weeks after sending my sample, I still hadn't received my results. This company has no phone number you can call so I only had the 24/7 chat person that assured me my sample had been collected and my results were arriving in less than 5 days. Still, I didn't receive my result. I took the matter further, talking with a representative via email. No one initiated contact with me to let me know there was a problem with my order, I had to do this myself. She explained there was an IT issue. For weeks I waited for this to be resolved and it wasn't. I got a refund for my sample. I was so disappointed with the communication from them and had to wait so long (over 2 months) for results that never came through.

Complete waste of money

The report comes with only generic explanations no specific analysis of the results, foods and allergens I know I am allergic too from previous testing AND strong reactions came up on my report as non- reactive. Unsure if it’s even my results I got. The tested inhalants showed no reaction to anything, even things I have previously tested high reaction, such as dust mites and ragweed and then at the end of the section it showed I had a high total Ige but NO explanation as to why that is, when no reactions were noted. This report just leaves me with more questions rather than answers. Results promised within a week are actually provided within a week of when your test arrives in the UK which is very misleading. Overall extremely disappointing.

Two tests - mixed uo results

I had two tests - one for my pet and one for me. The names on the results were mixed up and when enquired, the rep on chat was unable to help. When I emailed, I was responded to +24hrs (outside their promise) and a fee days later then sent new tests results completely different and a day later then advised these were correct. I made a further enquiry as soon as receiving the results and have still not had a response, so I still do not know why the results are so different, or confident they are correct.

Waste of money, waste of time. Very poor instructions in how to self test. Customer service takes days to reply to emails. Spent almost $100 and straight in the bin. The needle prices didn't work and could not draw blood and unfortunately you only get 1 go. Don't make same mistake as me. Avoid this company.

I can see you reached out to our LiveChat and Ticket team on our website, and our team member Lucie provided further instructions on completing your testing and offered a free replacement kit with additional lancets to help you to complete your testing. However, this offer was refused and instead, you opted for a refund following the return of the unused test kit. Unfortunately, we could only provide a partial refund the kit you had already used, but did offer to replace it free of charge if you wanted to proceed with the testing. CCD is 3/6 I read this as 50% false positives, gives me no reassurance on results Tracker didn’t work. Chat for support times out before feedback was received. Over all turn around was good, but not communicated well with customer

CCD (Carbohydrate Cross-Reactive Determinants) levels on your test results scored at just 3.5 on our scale from 0.35 - 100. This figure is unlikely to indicate cross-reactivity. However, this will only affect the allergy test results and not the intolerance results. If you have any concerns about your test results, we recommend consulting with your doctor. Didn’t give me much useful information

My dog has allergies. I wanted her tested for basic foods that dogs actually eat… but she was tested for weird stuff like tea and plums… things she’s never eaten. It really didn’t give me any further insight into her health.

The finger prick lancet in the images you sent to our team showed the lancet was suitable for use, but our team did also offer to send replacement lancets free of charge. Thanks for getting in touch, as explained on site, our blood testing uses IgE and IgG4 scientific testing, whereas the hair uses bioresonance testing, so they are two different forms of testing, for two very different things. If you're looking for allergies and intolerances, you use the blood testing, if it's sensitivities, use the hair testing. Thanks.

As you have purchased Fast Track testing, your test results will be available within 2 business days, not including weekends when our lab is closed.
