So far extremely disappointed. Posted my sample back on 23/01 and still nothing. The way it’s advertised makes you believe it will be a very quick process but a month later and still no results. I know you can’t control the shipping times but I was lead to believe this was an Australia company and worst case it would take a week for you to get my sample, but it appears now that they are actually sent overseas.

Turns out the tests go from NSW to the UK to be tab tested. It took 2 weeks to receive (from a NSW address) so I paid express shipping so send my blood sample back and turns out it’s gone to UK! Allergy test AUSTRALIA NOT

Loved how easy it is to follow instructions and the cost is well worth the process. The results are set out in a manner that is easy to understand without having a doctor explain what it means. Results came back sooner than expected as well
