They never provided my results and just refunded me. Waste of time.

Great service, I've always been curious about my sensitivities to different elements and this test helped me find answers. I'm now in the process of eliminating these things to let v make best life. If I could offer any insights, it would be to provide more feedback regarding the follow up process (I heard nothing for 4 weeks)

Whilst you do need to be patient and wait a good 4-5 weeks for your results to come back, the quality and breadth of the report you get (with recommended foods to stop eating / eat more of) is great. My report confirmed some known intolerances I have, but quite a few I had zero idea about. Like bay leaves, anchovies and oyster mushrooms! Go figure! Well worth the money and time to get this report. I now know how to go forward with my diet

I was so happy to have sent away to have both my dogs tested, it was easy and Totally worth the money, I would never have found out that one of my dogs are very sensitive to Beef ! And I always thought he was fussy , not wanting to eat home cooked meals , but he wasn’t, fussy he was trying to tell me it didn’t agree with him 🥲 , there. are lots more things that don’t agree with them both, and now I know , I can avoid those things . I am so happy with the results and lots of information, don’t hesitate, you will be happy you did it.

not all the required elements were in my kit, I have heard nothing since sending it off, no results, I am not entirely sure this whole thing isn't a scam.

Poor delivery

Some things I was aware of from 20 years ago when I had similar test, this confirmed and brought new things to light in straight forward way, in plain English

I posted the samples back but never heard anything from them. No results were received.

Slow, poor communication, inaccurate website The test is sent to the UK if you are in Australia - they don’t tell you this. So it takes a LOOOONNNGG time. And then the results weren’t sent through to me - some sort of technical glitch. Nobody contacted me, it was left to me to follow up, then when I did they went “so sorry”. Not sure about the results themselves. They seem interesting, but mostly point to a severe allergic reaction to something they didn’t test for, so not especially helpful. But not their fault. Otherwise the allergies seem accurate to what I already knew. The intolerances are interesting, I will have to see if they are on point. But mostly my bad review is due to the poor information and very delayed service. Should do better.,

Still waiting for it to arrive its been 10 weeks now

The results are trustworthy and I have been greatly impacted health wise by knowing what foods to eliminate from my diet including very unexpected ones. But I have found the process of sending recieving and communication in between poor.

Unable to speak to anyone for help regarding my order, how to send samples back etc, haven’t received any testing kits even though they have been paid for.

Have not received my kit

I did know I had a few intolerances, but didn’t realise I have several more.
