So far extremely disappointed. Posted my sample back on 23/01 and still nothing. The way it’s advertised makes you believe it will be a very quick process but a month later and still no results. I know you can’t control the shipping times but I was lead to believe this was an Australia company and worst case it would take a week for you to get my sample, but it appears now that they are actually sent overseas.

I believe that you are a scam.
I paid for a faster process, nothing. Tried ringing your company the phone number doesn’t work.

Tested my son for allergies. His known allergies did not come up but others did. When asked for the 100% money back guarantee if not satisfied they refused to provide it! Waste of time and money

What is happening. Where are my results???
Everthing is so, so slow. I have now been waiting almost two weeks since posting in my sample. It took some time to receive my sample kit. Also I was billed from a UK (a GB, Leiceste Merchant). Its Allergy test "Australia". Started this process, paid/ordered on 28 Feb. Very disappointed.

Turns out the tests go from NSW to the UK to be tab tested. It took 2 weeks to receive (from a NSW address) so I paid express shipping so send my blood sample back and turns out it’s gone to UK! Allergy test AUSTRALIA NOT
