So far extremely disappointed. Posted my sample back on 23/01 and still nothing. The way it’s advertised makes you believe it will be a very quick process but a month later and still no results. I know you can’t control the shipping times but I was lead to believe this was an Australia company and worst case it would take a week for you to get my sample, but it appears now that they are actually sent overseas.

The experience was good however I know I am gluten intolerant and nothing showed up. Really disappointed, I thought this test may help change my uncomfortableness. Everything I seem to be in high % I don’t even hardly eat. Waste of money for me…sorry

The allergy test results were for my staffy and the results were not what I expected for example it stated that she is highly allergic to green tea an other stuff that humans are allergic to she is a dog.

The Service was slow ....

The Service was slow and not as indicated on the website. Having paid extra for express service to Allergy Test and express mail to return the test. All the documentation was not with the original kit. The "Submission Card was Not Provided" and liasing with Allergy Test. Maybe allow staff to liase with the customer to make a common sense practical solution? It was not clear on the website that the tests were to be conducted in the UK. It was indicative the Test would be done in Australia which would have been a quicker process. On a positive note the results were the same as I received from my own Doctor

Limited value

I found the report was very limited compared to other food sensitivity tests that I am aware of that are far more comprehensive and specific There were a lot of pages in the report but most of it was general information

Thought the test results would be completed in Australia but indeed it goes overseas. Still have not received results due to travel time.

Overall Disappointed. Would not trust.

The process of receiving my kit, doing the blood samples and receiving my results was smooth - no concerns. However, the results and the customer service was poor and requires improvement. Unfortunately, the results I received were showing some highly inaccurate results or maybe they sent someone else's results. There were "High" allergies shown to foods and fur that I have never had or on the opposite end, am very aware of the allergies I have and it showed none. I requested a review from customer service - it took 4 emails, 3 chat bots to get a proper response - incredibly poor customer service. While I understood the explanation of their blood sampling, I am not confident in Allergy Test australia's methods or consider them trustworthy. I went and re-did my blood tests with my GP, coming back which results that actually made sense.

Two tests - mixed uo results

I had two tests - one for my pet and one for me. The names on the results were mixed up and when enquired, the rep on chat was unable to help. When I emailed, I was responded to +24hrs (outside their promise) and a fee days later then sent new tests results completely different and a day later then advised these were correct. I made a further enquiry as soon as receiving the results and have still not had a response, so I still do not know why the results are so different, or confident they are correct.

thank you for reaching out Susan, we checked this with the lab and can confirm that we did send the incorrect results to start with, hence the wrong names. The new tests were double tested for security before sending. We do apologise for this mistake and we hope you still trust the results. The finger prick lancet in the images you sent to our team showed the lancet was suitable for use, but our team did also offer to send replacement lancets free of charge. Your order was then refunded by our team on the 17th of April. Thanks for getting in touch, as explained on site, our blood testing uses IgE and IgG4 scientific testing, whereas the hair uses bioresonance testing, so they are two different forms of testing, for two very different things. If you're looking for allergies and intolerances, you use the blood testing, if it's sensitivities, use the hair testing. Thanks.
