Well, the nz website says "New Zealand’s highest-rated allergy testing company".. this is inaccurate as the "company" is really based in the UK, and the blood test kit had to come over from Australia. So the "nz" part of the promotion is a marketing subterfuge. It took almost 2 weeks for the kit to come from Aus, then the sample went to Wellington, and then forwarded onto the UK. I eventually got my results 5 weeks after ordering it. They were interesting, and did confirm some intolerances I knew about, and gave insight into new ones I wasnt aware of - or that dont acually bother me enough to cause a problem that I could link to the food concerned. All in all, I found the results to be of value. I would perhaps recommend this company to others, but with a proviso regarding the long wait, and to carefully check which level of test is appropriate (i.e what exactly is tested) before ordering.

In April I used a Treat me daily deal to buy 2 Prime kits for myself & my husband. I paid NZ $378 for these. After 3 months waiting, I called helpline twice. Using The redeem now I couldn’t get anywhere because website did not compute my special offer amount so would not accept my submission. Had to go up levels of management until someone could help me submit successfully. many emails to sort

I have several intolerances which have been diagnosed and challenged by elimination and pulse testing. Only 2 of these were mentioned. What were mentioned were foods that I don't have a problem with. Maybe dust, maybe manganese. Too many false positives, too many false negatives to be accurate enough to justify the price. Then they pestered me to buy another test.

I paid for my tests on 20/12/2021 And i am still waiting I have Emailed and Company said it would Re-send another one but today is February 18th and i am still waiting I would have been happy to pay more money to get a Track & Trace I only work Part time and saved up for this Test and it just doesn’t seam fair

Still waiting to hear anything at all about the samples i sent away weeks ago. Been getting plenty of advertising email instead. Really not impressed so far, but am making allowances for Lockdown levels slowing down the process

Thank you for your review. We are very sorry to hear your sample was delayed in the mail. I can see on your account the samples were received 4th October and tested as a priority, within 24 hours and the results were emailed 5th October. Unfortunately, mail delays are outside of our control.

The kit arrived fine, but no feedback since sending it off for testing a couple of days after receiving (months ago now). I’ve followed up (twice) and been told you’ll look into the hold-up’ but no further contact.

Ordered 2 months ago, have not received it. Nor had replies to my emails. I got someone through messenger very apologetic and said would send it out. It still hasn't arrived.
