I’m still waiting on my results, but I am so impressed with customer service! They are great! I can’t wait to see how everything else turns out, and am also impressed with how easy it was to send the sample.
Do not order this test if you need results fast.
I ordered the test on the 5 th of may and now 10 weeks later there is still no update on progress. I’m very disappointed as I am testing my son who is having difficulty with food intolerances. If I knew it was going to take this long, I would have used another company.
Several follow-ups and yet still no refund as promised.

I can see from your correspondence with our team via email, that we were awaiting receipt of your returned test kit to our HUB which was unfortunately delayed. However, your refund was confirmed by email this morning by our team and is being processed today.

Took really long to receive the testing pack from when I purchased, over a month. It took 2 weeks from my initial purchase to getting a email saying they had processed my order. However, once I had received the test, the time from me posting the tests and receiving my results was good, just over a week.

As per our website and T&Cs, there is no test kit.
You’ll be pleased to hear that as you chose the digital download option, the digital test instructions were sent immediately to you by email, so you don’t have to wait! I have sent your confirmation email again now.
The email contains a link to complete and download your digital test submission form, which you did successfully.
You simply need to print this barcode form and return this to us along with your hair sample. All instructions on how to take, package, and where to send your sample can be found on the test submission form.
I have sent you an email with further instructions from my work email. Any problems, you can email me directly.

It was interesting to do hair test
It was interesting to do hair test. It is a bit wide the conclusions and overseas based. Some of the results seemed a bit far fetched. Personal I don’t have a problem with strawberry’s, goats and dahlia bulbs but this shows up as quite high intolerance??? Anyway don’t feel totally ripped off! 😊. Thank you

Do not order this test if you need results fast.
