I ordered a hair test for intolerances, apparently it got lost in the mail, while I was waiting for the results of that it was taking a while so I ordered a blood test and sent that in, the results were incorrect, things I know 100% I’m intolerant to it was saying no reaction which is false, I contacted them for a refund for both tests because the hair one they never did and the blood test results were definitely incorrect, I got an email back saying they have sent the refund request to someone and they will be in touch, iv not heard anything, I sent a follow up email and there’s no response

I have little faith in this company, the website leads you to believe it is a New Zealand company based in Wellington, the contact number they give you does not work and all you can do is the live chat function. I had to follow up every step of the way, but of course, they take your money first up.

Happy with report but took ages

Contacted company as kit didn’t arrive in stated time frame to be told it had not yet been dispatched! When kit finally arrived it was an easy process to complete. It took approx 5 weeks to receive results! Happy with the report and results but took a lot longer than stated.

Although the website looked great and very professional, updates about the very slow progress were only accessed with multiple requests. I didn’t know that the kit was coming from Australia. I sent the results to the Wellington address supplied and didn’t know they then had to be sent to sent on to UK. This took two full months.

More info than I could’ve imagined!! I was a little sceptical but when I saw it pull things I already knew I had…. I was so impressed! The amount of detail was amazing … I got this on special too so the price point was a bonus!

My Amazon review is as follows: My first review in living memory: Disappointingly, the Vitamin D test only gives results in very general ranges, i.e., Deficient 0 to 10 ng/Ml, Insufficient 10 to 30, Sufficient 30 to 100 and Excess (over 100). My result was ambiguous hence worthless. The coloured test strip result ranged from invisible (meaning excess) to a medium colour (insufficient). Best you give this one a swerve and pay for a proper lab test at the doctor's and get an exact and reliable result for the important test. I won't be using this company or this "home test" method again.

The customer service is rubbish, unsure about the product

I ordered my pack in early Jan and needed my result before a specialist appt. I received an order confirmation to say that my item would be dispatched in 3 working days. I didn't receive anything until I followed up and got this product far too late for my appt. I have returned the product as suggested and forwarded through the tracking details. I have since made several follow up emails regarding my refund, no one is responding. Tried the phone number which says it's not active. Awful customer service and leaves little confidence in the product itself.
