It was interesting to do hair test. It is a bit wide the conclusions and overseas based. Some of the results seemed a bit far fetched. Personal I don’t have a problem with strawberry’s, goats and dahlia bulbs but this shows up as quite high intolerance??? Anyway don’t feel totally ripped off! 😊. Thank you
Do not order this test if you need results fast.
I ordered the test on the 5 th of may and now 10 weeks later there is still no update on progress. I’m very disappointed as I am testing my son who is having difficulty with food intolerances. If I knew it was going to take this long, I would have used another company.

I am very sorry to hear you did not find the service quick.
Our systems show the sample arrived at our lab 12th June, and the test results were emailed 16th June.
I can see our team resent the test results 21st July upon request.

I can see we received your sample at our lab Friday 23rd June and your test results were emailed Monday 26th June.
We cannot locate any email correspondence from the email address used to leave this review other than an email from Saturday 24th June chasing your test results, which our team responded to on Monday 26th June to advise your samples were here and had been tested.

We haven’t received an email or our results after sending our samples by courier over a month ago. Please tell me when we can expect them.
