I ordered a hair test for intolerances, apparently it got lost in the mail, while I was waiting for the results of that it was taking a while so I ordered a blood test and sent that in, the results were incorrect, things I know 100% I’m intolerant to it was saying no reaction which is false, I contacted them for a refund for both tests because the hair one they never did and the blood test results were definitely incorrect, I got an email back saying they have sent the refund request to someone and they will be in touch, iv not heard anything, I sent a follow up email and there’s no response

Took really long to receive the testing pack from when I purchased, over a month. It took 2 weeks from my initial purchase to getting a email saying they had processed my order. However, once I had received the test, the time from me posting the tests and receiving my results was good, just over a week.
