After yesterday’s chat will Alex, I thought the problem was being solved. However, I had to chat again today with Heather, as no results for Mum yet. She said there was a problem & it was a mis-scan & another sample needs to be sent off…

I ordered a hair test for intolerances, apparently it got lost in the mail, while I was waiting for the results of that it was taking a while so I ordered a blood test and sent that in, the results were incorrect, things I know 100% I’m intolerant to it was saying no reaction which is false, I contacted them for a refund for both tests because the hair one they never did and the blood test results were definitely incorrect, I got an email back saying they have sent the refund request to someone and they will be in touch, iv not heard anything, I sent a follow up email and there’s no response

Hi, thank you for your review. I am very sorry to hear you're not completely satisfied. As per our website and T&Cs, there is no test kit. You’ll be pleased to hear that as you chose the digital download option, the digital test instructions were sent immediately to you by email, so you don’t have to wait! I have sent your confirmation email again now. The email contains a link to complete and download your digital test submission form, which you did successfully. You simply need to print this barcode form and return this to us along with your hair sample. All instructions on how to take, package, and where to send your sample can be found on the test submission form. I have sent you an email with further instructions from my work email. Any problems, you can email me directly. If you have any further questions or queries, please reach out to our 24/7 live chat agents who can assist you in any language and get an instant response, so you don’t need to leave 1-star reviews to get help with your query. Test didn’t clarify or give me any answers to my allergic reactions. For me personally was a waste of money

Our medically recognised allergy tests are completed at our purpose-built accredited laboratory and I am pleased to confirm they were completed without error. There are a number of reasons results may not be what you were expecting, and factors that could affect this include previous testing methodology, medications, diet, etc. Our expert and friendly team are always on hand to assist with any questions or queries you may have. I can see we received your sample at our lab Friday 23rd June and your test results were emailed Monday 26th June. We cannot locate any email correspondence from the email address used to leave this review other than an email from Saturday 24th June chasing your test results, which our team responded to on Monday 26th June to advise your samples were here and had been tested.
