Ordered a door latch that is unavailable in Canada. Shipping to Canada was immediate and I was constantly kept apprised of the shipping status. Item arrived a couple days early, exactly as described in the catalog, in perfect condition. Excellent company to purchase from.
Despite eibabo's lengthy order preparation time of 20-22 days, we were relieved to see that a part we were having difficulty sourcing was seemingly available.
We waited the full 22 days for the order to be prepared, at which time we were informed that our part was actually not in stock at all. Instead it was on back order with a lead time of 3 additional months!
Waiting nearly a month to receive this information is ridiculous. Your customers should be advised within at least 24 hours of placing an order whether it can be fulfilled or not. Ideally, they should be advised before placing an order like most other suppliers. Please improve this!
Quick response from the customer center. No English user manual and difficult or impossible to find it in WEB.

Thank you for the feedback. Only items that are not in stock were ordered and were therefore shown with a longer delivery time. Unfortunately, the manufacturer was not able to deliver all products as stated when the order was received. We were also informed of the delay in delivery due to a lack of subsequent production only after the delivery period had expired. We kindly ask for your understanding.
