Everything campoluz had to do with my order was handled excellently - the right products, good packing, etc. However, I wish they would offer another delivery option than TNT/FedEx as the delivery/shipping experience was absolutely horrible.

La gestión regular. Tuve un problema, compré un producto que ponía en la web que tenía 12u cada caja. Y esperé, y esperé, 2 semanas aprox. para que saliera de fábrica, me ponía constantemente en proceso. Después de 2 semanas (sin que nadie se pusiera en contacto conmigo) llamé a fábrica me dijeron que lo mirarían y que me llamaría alguien al día siguiente (no fue así). Y esperé, y esperaré una semana mas (y 3 llamadas mías) y me dijeron que había un error con lo que listaron en la web, unos días después y por fin me arreglaron el problema. Resulta que listaron en la web un producto con las cantidades que no tocaba y les dio error mi pedido durante semanas (3 semanas).

The order was received over one month after its date; during that period, I was forced to contact the company several times to get proper information. Although they generally replied in a reasonable promptly manner, the information was not clear and it took long time ans several reminders in order to solve the issues. I still have in my mind that if I had not insisted I would have never received the order. This situation was very unpleasant and, as a result, despite their competitive prices I do not intend to place any more orders from the company.

Order 3 bottles who are in stock on website so i can divide the transport cost over the 3 items.
Campoluz pay me back 2 bottles who seem not to be in stock and send me one bottle with the whole shipping cost. Nice communication.
3 weeks later still no order arrived.

Ordered wines (6) came quite fast to Helsinki, however Campoluz did NOT provide tracking # for parcel. Unfortunately the wine was spoiled, due to faulty cap/cork. And now starts the problems. Several mails, in english and google translate spain, and no reply. Unbelievable low customer service. I halted the credit card payment. That should help.

Horrendous experience. Ordered 6 bottles of Godello wine on May 25th. Shop informed me they were unavailable on May 31st and offered a refund or replacement. I promptly requested a refund. As of today June 16th I have not received my refund. Communication is now non existent. I have had to escalate the case with PayPal. Wish I had seen the Google reviews before ordering as this is a frequent problem with people who have purchased from Campoluz and there are many angry reviews. Avoid purchasing anything from here as it a total nightmare.
