Order was dispatched quickly and happy with overall service. I have ordered several times and received good service each time. This time a glass was broken but these things happen. Will certainly order from them again in future
I received a message saying one item was out of stock. I asked if I could swap it for another similar product and was told someone would contact me to arrange the swap. No one got in touch and the company stopped replying to my emails. Very poor customer service.
