I am a third generation German and I have attended the oldest German diversitied church in Milwaukee. The handcrafting in the church is much like the sculpture that I purchased. There was recently a fire in that landmark church, and it cost $35 million just to repair it. I would not part with the sculpture that I purchased with anyone for any amount. Why am I being asked to rate Kunst & Ambiente, when I have not received any goods yet, nor received any notification of when I wiil receive the purchased good? In fact, I sent the following email directly to K&A 9 days ago (and out of courtesy, sent it also translated into German) but have so far received no reply: Ref: Invoice: 2795 Hi Kunst & Ambiente, I purchased an item through your website yesterday (7th February) and I got an email from PayPal with the transaction details (My Transaction I.D. 09Y85551BU031362S and Seller Transaction I.D. 3RB80581KG953803S) but I was wondering if there would be any communication directly from yourselves, in terms of shipping and ETA details?
