I was nervous ordering from lampandlight.ie after seeing a bunch of 1 stars, but I'm so glad I didn't listen to those reviews! I placed my order on a Tuesday and the lamps were delivered that Friday, so I was very impressed by the fast shipping. The lamps were packaged great with lots of bubble wrap to prevent breakage and there was not a scratch on them. Lamps also come with an EU to UK/Ireland conversion plug which I was able to double-check with their quick customer service chat before purchasing. Couldn't be more pleased!

I ordered a bathroom light over mirror it does not have a pull string I have emailed them .. no response I have rang 3 times the line goes dead I simply want to return the light and get refunded!! I am not happy with their so called customer service !!!! Could they please answer my query I’m most 😒 annoyed!!

Lamp arrived broken in two places and customer service have not replied to any of my messages or emails to organise a return that doesn’t charge me for postage of a faulty product.
Very disappointed and would never purchase from this company again.

Huge amount of styrofoam used in the packaging. You say you have a sustainable policy, and yet you use a material that takes 500 years to decompose, if at all. In this day and age, it is not good enough. Am disgusted and thinking about returning the product because of this.

Light Bulbs arrived shattered
I ordered 6 light bulbs. Three arrived shattered - they had been put in a larger box with zero protective wrapping inside. So of course they were broken in transit. Very disappointing!

Good range & value, variable delivery.
We have used L&L a number of times because of their range of products and what seems to be good value. However, each experience has been tempered due to orders not filled first time. Our last order has just arrived with a lamp missing.

Incorrect phone number given on the site . On returns I have to find the UPS point myself.
They state it costs €5 to return yet they only offer basic cost of item and not the taxes they charged with the purchase.

Bad customer experience
I like the lamp but customer service was especially bad. I wouldn't shop with lampandlight again. Also the .ie website gives the impression this is an Irish company but goods are sent from the Netherlands.

Missing Items & No Customer Service
My order was missing items, one of the two boxes was open on arrival and missing the lights ordered.
I have been waiting over a month with no response to my email query on the missing items. Its a joke!
