I have to say that the service of Lampandlight is at a supreme level. I have been buying goods online for 25 years and I have never before had such an experience. Firstly , the prices were very attractive and the variety of products offered were outstanding from high end to low the choice was as broad as one could wish for.
Transaction was smooth from payment to confirmation and I was eager to see how the delivery would be executed. Amazingly my delivery arrived 4 days later , Ordered Thursday Received Monday, I was blown away , great , great company .

My parcel was lost, I reported it on Tuesday, its now Thursday I have received no tracking information for my order being sent. I have provided all information as requested within a matter of hours being email, I have repeated the information when requested and receive a response every 24hrs. I feel this is an unacceptable amount of time to wait for an existing issue you are trying to rectify

I was pleased with the product I purchased but not with the delivery of it. I thought the process was unclear. I was led to believe it would arrive on a particular day and stayed home all that day. It did not arrived. I had sent a message to customer service and they assured me it would arrive that day. Next day I was out of the house when I got a call to say they delivery van was at my address. Luckily I wasn't too far away and rushed back to take delivery.

Ordering process was good, items look great and are as described. Only reason for not giving 5 stars was condition delivery arrived in. Box was not sealed correctly and was visibly open. Packaging was poor and bulbs were rolling around in boxes. I expected things to be broken but thankfully all OK.

There was an amazing selection of lights on your site, quality and price is very good, delivery was quick and efficient. The only negative thing I have to say about your site is when you check an item in the basket its hard to get back to where you were on the site.
