Internet-Bikes has always provided me with the quality parts I needed at very attractive prices. Delivery has always been very fast. Lately, the packaging used is not something that you just throw away. The reinforced bag that my last order came in demanded to be saved and I have already repurposed it for storing/protecting a piece of astronomy gear.

damaged product
I received the package, but unfortunately one of the items was damaged. I was offered to replace the damaged product free of charge and this solved the problem.
The seller answered quickly and solved the issue.
