Lovely set of shelves! Arrived really quickly and was packaged securely. The shelves are expensive, but look really good quality and were easy to instal. Only thing that would make it better would be if there were two more screw holes to secure it to the wall, just for peace of mind that it is secure. But I recommend!

The goods themselves are delightful, if rather expensive! However only HALF the order arrived, in an enormous box packed out with paper but weighing almost nothing. I have had to send photos, copies of purchase order etc., now have to wait a further 10 days for delivery. Very upset about delay.

The goods themselves are delightful BUT

The goods themselves are delightful, if rather expensive! However only HALF the order arrived, in an enormous box packed out with paper but weighing almost nothing. I have had to send photos, copies of purchase order etc., now have to wait a further 10 days for delivery. Very upset about delay.

Despite all the care we take in preparing and dispatching our orders, we are not immune to certain delays and exceptional inconveniences on the part of our various service providers. Plasterboard dowels not included! They sell you a shelve that is supposed to be fit for every wall, and then when it arrives it only has the dowels for hard wall. If you want the dowels for drywall, you have to pay the DHL delivery again.

Our shelves can of course be installed on any type of wall. The hardware supplied with our products consists of "universal" wall plugs and screws. For plasterboard walls, Wurth brand plugs are also available from TEEbooks. You can order these at the same time or buy them separately from a DIY shop. Finally, if you have any doubts, our customer service team will be happy to advise you on installing our shelves on plasterboard walls. Yours faithfully, TEEbooks
