We booked our June 2022 trip to Egypt through Trip.Me with Memphis Tours being the local tour operator. Our itinerary started with a flight from JFK to Cairo, two nights in Cairo at the Four Seasons, followed by a flight to Aswan where we joined a 3-night Nile Cruise to Luxor and then a couple of nights at the Hilton in Luxor. We had a fantastic vacation full of amazing experiences and incredible memories. The planning and booking process through Trip.me was excellent - Amira the contact person we worked with was professional, always prompt to respond and easy to work with to create an interesting itinerary - all the tours they arranged and planned for us were perfect. We did try to do the Hot Air balloon ride in Luxor but unfortunately it got cancelled as it was too windy - we will do that next time! Our experience with all the members of the Memphis Tours team was exceptional from start to finish. Hara was amazing and provided an excellent itinerary for our trip to Greece! She worked within our budget and found hotels and tours that were perfect! She arranged all transportation while we were in a Greece which made our travels seamless. She was always available to help discuss the trip prior to us coming and while we weee there as we needed to tweak a few things in our itinerary She helped make our trip fantastic! I would recommend using this company to everyone!

Trip.Me now TravelLocal allowed us to utilize the services of Gail and then Nada to customize a trip to Jordan. Trip originally planned for April 2020 (Covid postponed), then May 2021(again Covid postponed) and finally May 2022. Our initial deposit was fully applied to the trip when we were finally able to complete. They accommodated multiple itinerary changes over the 3 years from initial planning to actual trip. Allowed us to book some accommodations direct so we could take advantage of various points, bonuses and ‘Covid’ credits. The trip was fabulous. Guide (Anas) was incredibly knowledgeable with good command of English. Our driver (Akram)was also extremely knowledgeable and had excellent command of the English language. Everything about the trip was absolutely first class. I highly recommend Jordan as a great place to visit if you are interested in history, architecture, and archeology. The scenery is magnificent and incredibly varied in such a small area.

We had a great overview of Greece and covered a lot of Greece. Everything went smoothly with the exception of when we were picked up in Santorini from the HIgh Speed Ferry and dropped off at our hotel the drivers did not offer to assist us with our luggage. There were a lot of stairs to cover and it was very difficult for us. Overall our trip was better than we expected.

I commend Cynthia for her willingness to make multiple adjustments to the itinerary to suit our requests. All excursions occurred on time and as planned. Our guides were exceptional. We felt very safe with all activities during our travel in Ecuador. People were friendly and very service oriented. The highlight was hiking to Cotapaxi refugio at 4800 meters!

Had a fantastic holiday. Lorena organised the itinary and where ever we went the local guides were waiting to take us on our tours. Made the holiday run smoothly and with their local knowledge we learnt so much. Would highly recommend Trip me

Great experience planning our itinerary to South Africa through Trip.me. We were able to communicate easily with Tanja and arrange all the tours we wanted with an awesome guide/driver! 5 Stars:)!
