OK so this is an honest review of this company because my experience with them was normal & the rug I ordered was exactly as it looked on their site. When I found this rug on livingandcompany.com I was delighted as I had been searching for one like it for ages. I placed my order & I paid the extra fee for Paypal just in case as its always easier to get a refund via Paypal if your order has issues. You can also do a chargeback request to your bank if you pay by credit card too. Anyway, it was a little slow getting a dispatch confirmation email. I emailed them about the delivery & to be fair I got a reply saying dispatch is normally 9 days after order. Anyway, I got a link for DHL shortly after but it wasn't showing up details at first, I emailed them again & they sent me another link which did have the tracking information this time. All seemed ok but I wouldn't be convinced until I actually had received the correct order. So the rug arrived today & it is perfect, beautiful item & my experience with Livingandcompany.com was good I have to say. So just thought I would leave a review that's honest & maybe a little reassuring if anyone has just placed an order with them. It worked out for me.

Living and Company website says items will be shipped the same day (or the following working day) so I've placed an order after I received confirmation via Email from the shop that the item was available ready for shipment. They replied fast to hook me in.. After more than 2-weeks, the item was still not marked as shipped on My Account. After tons of follow up Emails they finally replied that the item was damaged and could not be shipped and asked to wait for another 2.5 weeks.. I requested a refund and again had to follow up with tons of Emails. Tried to call them +25 times and they set it up to automatically send callers to the answering machine claiming they are very busy at the moment. Very bad experience!

Terrible experience!

Living and Company website says items will be shipped the same day (or the following working day) so I've placed an order after I received confirmation via Email from the shop that the item was available ready for shipment. They replied fast to hook me in.. After more than 2-weeks, the item was still not marked as shipped on My Account.
