This item was ordered from the Netherlands on June 11th. The seller provided a tracking number, but it is of little use. FedEx confirmed receipt of the package on June 13th and since then there has been no further information. Fed Ex refuse to respond to enquiries regarding the shipment. As at June 20th, nothing has changed. Perhaps the product is good, I don't know. Perhaps the seller is good, I don't know, but I will now cancel the order and request a refund and in future I will not purchase from any seller who uses FedEx.
Review would have better but one of the four glasses was broken (it has now been replaced at no cost to me) and there was a mixup with my address.

I was a little worried right after I placed my order for Le Creuset frying pans and Alessi flatware due to the bad reviews!
But I have received my order quickly. It contained everything I ordered it was well packaged and I have no complaints.
I am relieved to have found an online store with such a great selection of kitchenware at very competitive prices. I was also relieved that no extra taxes were to be paid on delivery from Belgium to Denmark. It will not be the last time I order from Cookinglife.

I was very pleased to find the vacuum carafe with glass insert similar to the one I inherited from my mother. More colours were available. The shipping from the Netherlands was without any problem, no hidden extra charges, a good price! - I was able to follow the tracker and the item arrived safely within a week. Will use the service again.

A very efficient service. Vey please with my purchase of the Eva Solo tea maker.
It was great to be kept up to date via tracking regarding delivery.
The zip on the insulating cover on the tea maker was slightly rippled, unlike the photo...but I'm hoping this will even out in time. Overall, a delightful package!

Fine products at good prices. Most important, however, is that I had to make a claim on a tagine broken during shipment - it was replaced asap without any hazzel ! That is true customer care and proves that this firm is serious !

Tracking kept up to date and very informative. Only one small negative could of come in a smaller box.

Excellent personal service when I phoned up to the Netherlands about my on line order. My problem solved quickly and professionally. Item arrived earlier than expected. However UK courier, Evri, left the item outside in the rain. No damage but packaging was wet. I suggest that you terminate your contract with Evri unless they can do better.

Very happy with three sets of x6 glasses transported to Ireland and in perfect condition. One of the orders was missing but rang the company in the Netherlands they answered quickly, no waiting on hold and they assured me the last part of my order was on its way. True to their word it arrived the next day. Recommended

They try hard to do it but if you send a package with glasses and fragile things in general you should be more careful because there is no mention of FRAGILE on the package as i asked them. The result was that i received 2 times broken items which they paid back of course but there is no need to experience that.

Good price, kept me informed re dispatch/delivery but really wish you hadn't used Hermes/Evri - they just dumped box on my doorstep and didn't even ring the bell - I found it by chance - it could have been nicked in the time between them leaving it and sending me a message it had been "successfully delivered".
